Shipment- Postage-Return

When cart ready, we will suggest you enter delivery address postcode to get postage added on (some areas may not covered by our delivery service).

We generally dispatch orders within 2 business days after receipt of payment, via valuable courier service with tracking detail. Then Courier drivers drop off with or without signature depends.

Moreover if you prefer delivery with signature or express post, extra cost will be applied. So please contact us when you have special requirement. Whichever shipment choice you make, you will be able to track the consignment online if available.

We will not deliver order to PO Box as the item size not fit.

Whereas transport fees vary according to weight/dimension of the shipment. Please group your items in one order to save postage if possible. Two distinct orders placed separately can not be grouped, system will apply postage to each of them. We always ship orders with insurance provided by Courier.

There is setup shipment rates in system. we may adjust the rates according to market price.

Change of mind returns/exchanges

HW Living will happily assist customers who wish to return or exchange goods. Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or Consumer Guarantees Act (NZ).

  • We can provide a refund
  • Please ensure not use goods if you want to return/exchange
  • Items in original packaging and in saleable condition

Note: Bank Account must be present to receive a refundor Paypal account if paid via Paypal.
